This is what you can expect: -Analysis and assessment of complex care situations -Active management and co-design of the care process -Ensuring high-quality and needs-oriented care -Assuming technical and organizational daily responsibility -Supporting other areas as needed -Professional implementation of medicinal therapies according to guidelines -Gapless documentation of care needs in the RAI system -Accompaniment and support of new employees and learners -Technical advice in challenging care situations -Participation in planning and implementing activities for our residents This is what you bring: -Completed training as a Dipl.
