Job Description
Reporting to the Director Tax & Treasury and as part of the creation of a new position, you will bring your expertise to the Group in order to support it in managing complex tax issues in Switzerland and internationally.
In this context, your activities are:
• Advising the Group and its subsidiaries on all Swiss and international tax issues (corporate tax, direct and indirect taxes, VAT, etc.)
• Analyzing the tax impacts of strategic projects, transactions, acquisitions, restructurings, and business initiatives
• Participating in international projects by evaluating tax risks and implications and supporting their implementation in different countries.
• Ensuring tax monitoring and evaluating the impacts of regulatory changes on the Group.
• Guaranteeing tax compliance via the control of deferred taxes, the effective tax rate, and the continuous improvement of processes, controls, and documentation
• Contributing to the Group's compliance (data collection, calculations, reporting, and documentation) for the OECD Pillar 2
• Transfer Pricing: participating in Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), transfer pricing documentation, and the monitoring of intra-group transactions.
• Providing support in the management of tax audits, information requests, and litigation
• Supporting HR, finance, and legal teams on tax aspects within cross-functional projects
Qualifications
• You hold a university degree at Master's level in Economics, Finance
• You have at least 7 years of experience in taxation, transfer pricing, or a similar field, acquired in a company or a consulting firm
• You have solid knowledge of corporate taxation, indirect taxation, transfer pricing, OECD Pillar 2, and tax compliance
• You possess strong analytical, synthesis, and data processing skills
• You demonstrate a real ability to collaborate with various interlocutors and to evolve in an international and multicultural environment
• You are comfortable in the management and coordination of cross-functional tax projects involving several functions and jurisdictions
• You know how to interact effectively with tax authorities, external advisors, and various internal stakeholders, while contributing to the achievement of the Group's objectives
• You are recognized for your rigor and your ability to maintain a robust tax control framework compliant with regulatory requirements
• You are fluent in French and English
