Your tasks

• independent work (warm/cold kitchen)
• preparation of the daily mise-en-place
• preparation and plating of fresh food
• compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• tidying and cleaning work, inventory management and dishwashing

Your profile

• training as a Kitchen Assistant EBA
• several years of experience in the field of the kitchen
• very good German skills (at least level B2)
• attentive and team-oriented personality
• reliable, flexible and independent way of working
• willingness for evening and weekend shifts
