August 2026 or by agreement Place of work: Le Landeron The Massnahmenzentrum St. Johannsen is a therapeutic center for adult male offenders with mental disorders and/or addiction. Your tasks The sociotherapy complements the effective offender therapy in lifestyle, everyday life, and leisure time with its sociotherapeutic work. In a team of 7 people, you will care for male offenders who have become criminally liable and are in a difficult life situation and have special psychological characteristics in the reference person system. An important part of your daily work is cooperation with our internal departments (psychotherapy, work education, and sociotherapy) as well as external contact persons (probation and execution services, social services, etc.). You will also face various administrative tasks. Your profile You have a recognized degree in Social Work, Social Education, Education, or Psychology. You are a flexible, team-capable, resilient, and steadfast person with high social competence, good ability to set boundaries (closeness/distance), and assertiveness, and you take responsibility in your daily work. You prefer irregular working hours (including weekends, standby duty; no night shift). Additionally, you have very good editorial skills, bring good MS-Office knowledge, and are willing to learn new programs. You are a native German speaker and have good French language skills.
