In this role, you will transition paper-based processes into digital solutions, optimize workflows, and connect existing applications with each other. In doing so, you will work closely with the specialist departments and IT and implement solutions independently and pragmatically. The position is to be filled with a workload of 60-80%.

Your main tasks ###

• Analyzing existing business and quality processes as well as identifying potentials for digitalization and automation
• Designing, configuring, and implementing digital workflows and automation solutions
• Integrating and connecting corporate applications such as TrackWise, SAP, Jira, and Microsoft 365
• Identifying and implementing quick wins to increase efficiency, data quality, and user-friendliness
• Simplifying processes and reducing manual activities as well as media breaks through pragmatic digital solutions
• Recording and concretizing requirements from the specialist departments as well as implementing suitable technical solutions
• Coordinating interfaces, data flows, and technical solution approaches with IT and other stakeholders

Your profile ###

• Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, systems engineering, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in process digitalization, automation, with business applications, or in system integration
• Practical experience with workflow automation, application configuration, or interfaces; knowledge of APIs is an advantage
• Broad technical understanding, strong hands-on mentality, and the ability to independently translate functional requirements into pragmatic technical solutions
• Experience in a technology-driven or industrial environment is an advantage; knowledge in a regulated environment is a plus
• German language skills at least at C1 level and English language skills at least at B2 level
