For the depression & anxiety ward at the Winterthur location, we are looking for you

Registered Nurse HF 60 - 80%

These are your tasks

• Inpatient, psychiatric care of patients aged 25 - 65 years
• Key worker work in the interprofessional team including the use of nursing diagnostics
• Planning, implementation and management of group therapies as well as family meetings
• Assumption of organizational tasks in the interprofessional team
• Integrative work in the interprofessional treatment team and implementation of advanced treatment concepts

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally acute psychiatric and psychotherapeutic experience, with a strong empowerment- and recovery-oriented attitude
• Experience in leading group therapies and psychoeducation desirable
• High professional and self-competence with good communicative skills in spoken and written language
• Equilibrium, solution-oriented and integrative action as well as assertiveness and resilience
• Nursing diploma HF or, in the case of foreign diplomas, SRK recognition
