Tasks ###

• Creation and coordination of the information architecture as well as user flows for the E-Finance portal
• Documentation and maintenance of the design system
• Creation and collaboration in the elaboration of visual designs, texts, as well as image and icon material
• Ensuring compliance with and further development of design specifications
• Creation of mockups, user scenarios, user flows, and prototypes in Figma
• Collaboration in market research measures such as usability tests, concept tests, and A/B tests to validate designs and user needs
• Active participation in the rituals of an agile development team
• Collaboration in innovation and further development projects
• Close cooperation and division of work with other UX designers as well as relevant stakeholders
• Responsibility for user-friendliness, usability, and a consistent customer experience within the E-Finance portal
• Creation and further development of information architectures, navigation concepts, and page structures
• Ensuring sustainable and traceable documentation

Profile ###

• Higher education in the field of Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Interactive Media Design, or a comparable specialization / Ideally additional training in business informatics, computer science, or business administration
• Sound experience in the design of components and interface designs for digital platforms
• Experience in the construction, further development, or maintenance of extensive design systems in Figma
• Very good knowledge of User Centered Design, usability, and modern UX methods
• Experience in the creation of information architectures, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Good technical understanding of frontend components, digital applications, and their interconnections
• Ability to think holistically and translate complex requirements into user-centered solutions
• Experience in dealing with different stakeholders as well as in the convincing argumentation of design decisions
• Ability to find pragmatic solutions, set priorities, and make compromises
• Independent, creative, and implementation-strong personality with high customer orientation
• Professional communication skills as well as enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams / Ability to take on tasks independently including stakeholder coordination
