Shopfloor Controller RF CAY / COM 100% Your area of responsibility Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and process standards in ongoing production operations Independent planning, control, and monitoring of production orders from material availability to on-time delivery Prioritization, release, and coordination of manufacturing orders as well as ensuring a smooth production supply Active support of the team leader in daily shopfloor management and collaboration as a team spokesperson First-level support for SAP and production-related systems as well as a competent contact person for system-related questions from employees Analysis and coordination in the event of process and system problems as well as forwarding to Key Users Identification of optimization potential and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Management, KVP, 5S) Participation in the further development of processes, plants, and workflows Your profile Completed technical basic training in a production environment (e.g., mechanics, electronics, or a comparable specialty) Experience in a shopfloor environment or in a coordinating function Independent, reliable, and structured way of working with a high awareness of quality Strong communication skills as well as a confident and audience-appropriate demeanor High social competence and enjoyment of working with various interfaces Networked way of thinking and the ability to develop cross-departmental solutions Affinity for digital processes as well as good IT and system understanding; SAP user knowledge is a must Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage Flexibility as well as willingness to work overtime and on weekends Why +SUHNER?
