Your tasks • Accompanying residents with psychiatric illnesses in everyday life • Individual co-design of the nursing process for each resident • Care of residents with challenging behavior through de-escalating communication • Implementation of nursing and medical measures as well as early detection of changes • Active contributions to daily activities and implementation of therapeutic concepts • Close cooperation with nursing professionals and doctors for optimal care • Precise and efficient documentation with easyDOK and BESA Your advantages You will take on responsibility from day one in an appreciative team with an open corporate culture.
