Production Worker 2-Shift (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Lachen SZ Industry: Chemistry/Pharma Publication date: 14.07.2026 Your main tasks • Operation and monitoring of filling machines under cleanroom conditions • Careful packaging of the filled products according to quality specifications • Carrying out cleaning work of the plants, the line and the surroundings, as well as responsibility for cleanliness and order in the production area • Ensuring product quality through constant monitoring during the production process. • Strict adherence to cleanroom and hygiene guidelines to ensure maximum cleanliness • Maintenance and cleaning of the filling machines to ensure smooth operation • Accurate maintenance of production and quality protocols • Ensuring a safe and organized working environment Your profile • Experience in production, ideally in a cleanroom or a similar environment, is an advantage - but motivated career changers are also very welcome! • You should be able to speak German well to contribute effectively to the team • Readiness to work in 2-shift operations (early and late shift) • You work precisely and pay attention to compliance with hygiene standards • You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere • You are punctual and reliable so that production runs smoothly.
