Process and Application Technician 100% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of the injection molding machine and peripheral equipment
• Operation and programming (KUKA)
• Sampling of injection molding tools in coordination with internal project managers and customers
• Production of prototypes and small series
• Commissioning of tools at customer sites
• Technical support for mold construction

Your qualifications:

• Training as a plastics technologist
• Further training as an FH engineer or HF technician specializing in mechanical engineering is an advantage
• Professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• System experience with the setup of injection molding machines
• Very good technical understanding and a quick grasp
• High organizational ability and goal-oriented way of working
• You maintain an overview even in hectic situations and keep the goal in view
• Good English skills orally and in writing are a requirement, other languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 15%)
• High commitment and self-motivation
