These are the main tasks:

As a lead auditor, you will carry out exciting audit mandates - in technical, qualitative, and temporal terms. Special audits also occur regularly: capital increases and reductions, incorporations, valuations, AML audits, etc. You lead the mandate teams including assistants and support their technical training and further education on the job. You are a "doer", continuously monitor quality, costs, and deadlines and act accordingly in a business-oriented and entrepreneurial manner.

You meet the following requirements:

You have a sound education as a Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer (Uni/FH) – including RAB admission, thanks to which you can lead mandates as an authorized audit expert. In doing so, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field, a high understanding of numbers and quality, as well as initial experience in leading small teams. You are loyal, can deal well with people, and lead employees and assistants with decisiveness. You master German and English (spoken/written) as well as tools such as MS Office as well as audit software (ideally Revio).
