HR Assistant / HR Clerk (m/f/d), 50 %

At the Lenzburg location, we are looking for support in the HR team as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance-recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and human-centered treatment for our patients. With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations -- our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden -- we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation. Your tasks * Administrative support along the Employee Life Cycle (e.g., entries and exits, absences, birthdays, anniversaries, further training and much more) * Maintaining and managing personnel files * Recording simple personnel changes * Coordination of appointments for job interviews * Creation of certificates and standard correspondence according to templates * General administrative tasks in HR The workload is distributed over 5 days per week, which you spend on-site in Lenzburg; occasionally you will also be at our location in Gontenschwil. Home office is possible by arrangement. This position has been newly created to complement the 3-member team. Your profile * Completed commercial basic training or similar. Also welcome if currently undergoing further training as an HR Assistant or HR Clerk * Initial experience in personnel administration is an advantage * Discretion as well as loyalty are a matter of course for you in this function * We desire a basic attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
