Electrical Installer (Construction Management)

Activity + Assume responsibility for the implementation of smaller and medium-sized electrical installation projects on-site + Ensure personnel leadership and deployment planning of the team + Provide committed guidance and supervision to employees and apprentices + Organize the construction site and manage material requirements as well as coordination with other trades + Perform administrative tasks on the construction site and document additional and hourly work performed • Requirements + Completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ with several years of professional experience + Successfully completed further training in the field of electrical installation + Strong customer orientation and independent way of working + Confident reading and interpreting of plans and circuit diagrams + High level of commitment as well as pronounced organizational and responsibility skills • Offer + Flexible working time models including the option for a 4-day week + Diverse further training and development opportunities with advancement opportunities + Working in a modern, collegial environment of a familiar and dynamic team
