We are seeking, on behalf of an established construction and real estate developer in the Basel-Landschaft region, reinforcement for the construction management team.

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the realization of new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects in building construction and civil engineering
• Coordination of execution planning, construction management, and quality control
• Cost and schedule control as well as commissioning and warranty processing
• Close collaboration with architects, specialist planners, and executing companies
• Participation in real estate development projects from project planning to completion

Your profile:

• Completed training as an architect, civil engineer, construction draughtsman, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management
• In-depth knowledge of SIA phases (in particular, project planning and realization)
• BIM experience (Revit/ArchiCAD) is an advantage
• High service orientation, assertiveness, and team ability
• Driver's license category B
