Job description ## Job offer: Physiotherapist (CDD) Swiss rehabilitation Sàrl is a specialized rehabilitation center in neurology and geriatrics, based in Sullens (VD). Our team, young, dynamic and experienced, provides care at home, in the office and in EMS for adult individuals with neurological pathologies, in the canton of Vaud. You are a passionate physiotherapist and you want to join a team that trusts you for short-term collaboration? We are looking for a professional for a fixed-term contract: Position: PHYSIOTHERAPIST, specialized in neurology or interested in becoming so, at 100% Contract duration: From August 15, 2026 to December 31, 2026 Main missions: • Take charge of all pathologies related to the target population, notably neurological and geriatric disorders. • Perform treatments at home, in the office or in EMS. • Complete care reports, inform insurance companies and doctors. • Propose functional exercise programs adapted to patients' abilities and in line with scientific recommendations. • Participate in the weekly colloquium. • Be involved in interdisciplinary collaboration with the network of professionals caring for the patient. • Commit to updating your skills as part of a continuous training plan. Sought profile: • HES diploma in Physiotherapy or recognized equivalent (Swiss Red Cross trainee accepted). • Dynamic, autonomous and proactive person, showing a particular interest in the field of neurological rehabilitation. • Driver's license and personal vehicle required. The Swiss rehabilitation team Your employer ### Swiss Réhabilitation sàrl This new service is aimed at all patients with central nervous system pathologies (sequelae of cerebral vascular accident, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis-) who need to maintain or improve their autonomy. The physiotherapy team consists of a manager, M. Perret Nicolas, teacher in neurological physiotherapy at the Haute Ecole de Santé Vaud, and physiotherapists with specialized skills in the field of neuro-rehabilitation at home. We offer evidence-based, task-oriented care in a familiar environment. The objectives are set according to the referring doctor, the patient, their pathology and evolution. At the beginning of the care, we offer a detailed assessment of the patient's abilities at home. Then, a regular review (at least 2 times a year) allows to follow and document their evolution. The measurement tools used are validated and widely used in the field of neuro-rehabilitation. In addition, close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team can be established.
