Your tasks Shaping the HR strategy and the further development of the foundation Leading the HR department and participating in the executive management Advising the line management and supporting employees in the protected workplace Recruiting specialists, apprentices, and civil service workers Ensuring personnel administration and cooperation with external stakeholders Developing regulations, HR fundamentals, and processes Responsible for the payroll system, budget, and the apprenticeship system Co-shaping personnel events and developing the team Your profile Completed higher vocational training in the field of Human Resources Several years of sound HR leadership experience, ideally in the private sector Comprehensive experience in recruitment, line advisory, and Case Management / BGM Empathic, integral, and resilient personality with high social competence Strong negotiation skills with stylish, clear, and target-group-oriented communication High digital affinity and proficient in handling established IT systems Your perspectives As a leader, you will lead the HR department in a meaningful key role.
