Application immediately or by agreement 80 % - 100 % Urology | Kantonsspital Olten and Bürgerspital Solothurn The Urology Clinic of Solothurner Spitäler AG (soH) is organized across locations at Kantonsspital Olten (KSO) and Bürgerspital Solothurn (BSS) and ensures comprehensive urological care for the canton of Solothurn and surrounding regions. Our team includes a chief physician, two deputy chief physicians (one at KSO and one at BSS), two leading physicians, four senior physicians, and nine assistant physicians. The range of services covers the entire modern diagnostic and therapeutic urology - including robot-assisted, endoscopic, and open procedures. To strengthen our medical team, we are looking for a clinically experienced person with proven operative expertise in complex endourology and andrology. Tasks • Independent operative activity with a focus on complex endourology and minimally invasive andrology at the Olten and Solothurn locations • Independent outpatient clinic work at both main locations and occasionally at the external locations Balsthal and Grenchen • Supervision and co-treatment of inpatient patients • Instruction, supervision, and further training of senior and assistant physicians • Participation in the senior physician service system and clinic management • Participation in the specialist and strategic further development of the clinic Profile • Specialist title in Urology FMH or equivalent, recognized in Switzerland (including MEBEKO recognition for foreign diplomas) • 2 to 5 years of experience in a senior physician or comparable senior medical function after obtaining the specialist title • Experience in urethral surgery and prosthetics is welcome • Leadership skills and enjoyment of training younger colleagues • Interest in scientific work is desirable, but not a requirement • High professional and social competence with a patient-centered attitude For us, it's a matter of course ## Own daycare center We offer our own daycare centers in Solothurn and Olten.
