Required skills: Red Cross health care assistant certificate or Red Cross recognition, HévivA training certificate or nursing assistant diploma; Ease and fluency in French, both oral and written; FAP training, an asset; "autonomous distribution of medication in EMS" training, an asset; Good knowledge of IT tools (outlook, DRI, MobiDIR); Excellent interpersonal skills; Ease of adaptation, ability to manage stress and sense of responsibility; Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team.
