Head of Planning and Control

In this key role, you are responsible for planning and control in Asset Management, actively help shape the strategic direction of Operations, and lead a dedicated team in a demanding environment. Together with different stakeholders, you develop sustainable solutions for our mobility services.

We offer a fair salary, which moves between CHF 146’100 to CHF 161’100 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may be slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• You lead the Planning and Control team personally and professionally and develop your employees in a targeted manner.
• You control the strategic fleet management and ensure cross-departmental coordination of relevant fleet topics.
• You also develop and coordinate the strategic planning for Operations across different time horizons and successfully contribute your expertise to the further development of the department.
• You plan and accompany the transition of the vehicle fleet to electromobility and, together with the involved departments, shape sustainable solutions for the future.
• Furthermore, you analyze planning deviations, develop suitable corrective measures, and support the achievement of strategic goals, thereby making an important contribution to the company's success.
• You assume professional responsibility for data and systems in Asset Management and promote their optimization and automation.
• You also ensure the availability of relevant statistics and are responsible for data-based billing, through which you effectively contribute your skills.
• You lead internal and external projects as well as working groups and work closely with various stakeholders in the process.
