Currently, we are looking for a sales employee inside service home technology 100% for our client. Your tasks: • You are the first point of contact for our customers, on the phone as well as by e-mail • You create offers and process customer orders • You clarify technical questions and support our field service • You work closely with purchasing, logistics and sales • You take over general administrative tasks in day-to-day business Your profile: • Completed vocational or technical basic training, ideally as a sanitary installer, heating installer, building services planner or similar • Experience in trade and commercial training or further education is an advantage • Enjoyment of telephone contact with customers, you communicate gladly, friendly and solution-oriented • Good MS-Office skills and ideally experience with ERP systems • Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working • Very good German language skills in word and writing Interested?
