Your challenge

In this versatile leadership function, you support the division manager in the operational and strategic day-to-day business. At the same time, you take responsibility for our workshop and roll up your sleeves there where your support is required.

Your tasks include:

• Technical and organizational leadership of the workshop
• Deployment planning and coordination of the workshop team
• Ensuring smooth and efficient workshop operations
• Advising and supporting our customers
• Creating and following up on offers
• Organization and monitoring of repair, service and maintenance work
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines and profitability
• Active participation in demanding repairs and diagnostics
• Cooperation with suppliers and internal specialist departments
• Deputy for the Division Manager Construction Machinery & Commercial Vehicles

What you bring with you

You have sound technical know-how and want to take the next step towards leadership responsibility.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Completed training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery or truck mechanic EFZ or a comparable training
• Professional experience in the workshop or in a technical environment
• Further training as a diagnostic technician, workshop coordinator or a comparable qualification – or the willingness to develop yourself further
• Initial leadership experience or the desire to take responsibility for a team
• Independent, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and working with people
• Good German skills as well as oral French skills
• Good MS-Office skills
