As a building technician, you monitor the perfect condition of electrical installations or CVCSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, electricity) – guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times. Your tasks: Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building installations (notably CVC) for our mandate Responsibility for maintaining the required climate conditions in the production area (temperature, humidity, pressure) Programming, commissioning of automation systems in FBD, CFC, ST language Maintenance of BMS servers (kepware, SQL, Archestra) Processing of tickets and daily work reports Participation in MCR (measurement, control, regulation) / adB projects and implementation of defined actions Proposal and implementation of modifications and improvements Management of subcontractors Participation in the on-call service Your profile: Training in building technology, regulation, instrumentation (Technician ES in automation, BTS) Good knowledge of building technical management Knowledge of Beckhoff automation systems, Aveva (Wonderware) supervision, and communication protocols (modbus, ASi bus, MP-bus, DALI, profibus) would be an asset Mastery of French (C1) and English level B1, an asset Ease with computer tools and good mastery of Excel Good stress resistance and sense of organization, team spirit Flexibility and strong customer focus Ready for us?
