Share What awaits you? ## • Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the personal client portfolio • Ensuring competent advice on financing issues (housing) as well as standardized advice on the topics of investing and retirement planning • Developing solutions tailored to needs by taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and life situation of the customers as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product range • Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers • Participation in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events and representative tasks What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in banking business • Sound specialist knowledge in the areas of financing, investing and retirement planning • Enjoyment of customer contact with a high level of service orientation and good communication skills • Flexibility and teamwork skills • Independent, responsible and goal-oriented way of working
