Painter CFC

For a client in the Fribourg region, we are looking for a Painter CFC with at least two years of confirmed experience.

You will primarily intervene on renovation and new construction sites, in coordination with other trades. In this role, you will put into practice your technical skills as a qualified painter, while respecting the quality and safety standards in force in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and woodwork by sanding, cleaning, filling, and careful protection of surfaces not to be treated.
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings while respecting technical data sheets, deadlines, and the client's quality requirements.
• Perform finishing work, touch-ups, correction of defects, and end-of-site cleaning to guarantee a clean and professional result.
• Correctly use painting material, machines, and personal protective equipment while respecting safety instructions on the construction site.
• Collaborate with the site manager and other trades to organize interventions, report unforeseen events, and ensure good coordination of the work.

Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a building painter with attainment of the CFC.
• At least two years of professional experience after the end of apprenticeship.
• Punctual, reliable person, respectful of instructions and the equipment provided.
• Good physical resistance and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding.
• Developed team spirit and willingness to integrate into an existing structure.
• Driver's license mandatory
