As Operations Manager Logistics (m/f/d), you are responsible for the smooth running of all warehouse processes and lead a team of up to 40 employees. In close cooperation with our site management, you ensure the processes and drive efficiency through KPI-driven process optimizations. You actively help shape our customer business at the location and sustainably develop structures, processes, and employees.
