The Ateliers sector of the Sgipa Foundation offers jobs to adults with intellectual disabilities, to promote their autonomy and professional development. For this sector, we are looking for a Psychologist at 25-40% In our workshops, integrated into the local economic fabric, socioprofessional teams support individuals in learning and practicing different trades. The variety of work environments aims to meet the needs and development potential of each person. The sector also offers workplaces for people with reduced capacity or aging, as well as a space for those who temporarily need reinforced support. Our day center welcomes individuals whose personal project is outside an adapted production site. Your mission _______________________________________ You provide psychological support to the accompanied individuals to promote their well-being, development, and contribute to their cognitive, emotional, and social development, through various actions aiming to: • Ensure individual psychological support by offering a confidential expression space, evaluating needs, and adapting support methods to each person; • Lead group psychological follow-ups by offering an expression and sharing space in a secure setting, to promote cohesion and collective dynamics; • Collaborate with internal teams by providing clinical support, participating in situation analyses, and contributing to reflections on support strategies; • Coordinate and participate in exchanges with external partners, notably the medical network, to ensure consistent and adapted follow-up of accompanied individuals; • Contribute to the development of accompanied individuals' orientation projects. Your profile _______________________________________ • Holder of a Master's degree in psychology; • Professional experience in a field related to intellectual disability and associated pathologies; • Good knowledge of the Geneva socio-educational network; • Relational ease, aptitude for work in a multidisciplinary team; • Ease of communication and ability to express oneself in a synthetic manner; • Excellent writing skills and mastery of common computer tools; • Agility in planning, organization, and priority management, while demonstrating flexibility.
