Psychiatric Nurse - for SUMMER H/F

INTRODUCTION Medicalis Neuchâtel is looking, for one of its partners, for a 100% Nurse for a mission within a recognized psychiatric hospital in the region. You will integrate the adult hospital units E1, E2 and F1, with a rotating activity between these different services. MISSION DESCRIPTION You ensure the care and support of adult patients in accordance with good psychiatric practices. You will work within multidisciplinary teams committed to an environment that promotes quality care and patient well-being. A first experience in psychiatry, ideally with an adult population, is desired. Mission to be filled from 01 July 2026 to 31 August 2026 at 100%. EXPECTED PROFILE You hold a Nurse diploma and ideally have a first experience in adult psychiatry. Endowed with an excellent sense of relationships, you demonstrate listening, empathy and professionalism in patient support You appreciate multidisciplinary team work, know how to manage complex situations with calm and discernment, and are able to adapt quickly to different care environments. Availability over the entire mission period as well as a real interest in mental health will be essential assets to succeed in this position.
