•Telephone advice and support for specialist retailers as well as end customers
•Creation and processing of offers and orders in the ERP and CRM system
•Coordination, clarification, and monitoring of delivery and execution dates
•Central hub function between sales, technology, production, and customers
•Independent processing and coordination of customer projects
•Support with tenders and submissions
•Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer support
•Active accompaniment of customer inquiries from the first inquiry to successful implementation

We expect:
•Completed technical basic training, for example as a polymechanic, production mechanic, automation technician, plant and apparatus builder, designer, building services planner, or comparable
•Further training as a Technical Merchant with federal diploma or comparable commercial further training
•Experience in inside sales, technical customer service, or in a comparable function is an advantage
•Good ERP knowledge as well as confident handling of common MS Office applications
•Stylistically proficient German skills as well as French skills at level A1 or higher
•Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
•High customer orientation as well as joy in collaborating with various stakeholder groups
•Place of residence in the Rheintal region or in easily reachable distance
