Head of Service (m/f) - HLKKS

To strengthen the management team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded and strong leadership personality, effective immediately or by arrangement, who will further develop the HLKKS service area with foresight and commitment.

Your area of responsibility:

• You lead the HLKKS service area with around 25 employees and bear the overall technical, personnel, and economic responsibility
• You specifically develop your team further and promote motivating, performance-oriented, and appreciative cooperation
• You maintain existing customer relationships, expand them sustainably, and position yourself as a competent contact person for long-term partnerships
• You ensure high service quality, efficient processes, and the economic further development of your area
• You actively drive digitalization forward, promote the use of modern work tools, and engage in cross-departmental optimization and development projects

What you bring with you:

• You have a solid education in building technology as well as several years of experience in a leadership function
• Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and a strong understanding of economic contexts characterize you
• You know the regional market or are ready to quickly build a corresponding network in Northwest Switzerland
• As a leader, you convince through communication strength, social competence, and an appreciative leadership style
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and bring a high affinity for digital working methods and new technologies
