The daycare center Mondo Magico is a multicultural daycare center that works with targeted language, integration, and movement promotion. At the Kita Mondo Magico, children from 3 months until kindergarten entry are cared for part-time or full-time. The Kita Mondo Magico has 55 childcare places and is divided into four age-homogeneous groups. The daycare center was opened in August 2009 and we are open to constant further development.

As of 01. September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a

Childcare Specialist (100%)

Your tasks:

• Care and accompaniment of the children in everyday Kita life
• Holistic promotion and development of the children
• Responsibility and organization of the children's group
• Implementation of the pedagogical concept
• Leadership, support, and promotion of the employees
• Quality assurance in the facility
• Further development of the Kita
• Cooperation with parents, specialist organizations, and public bodies

• Training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung Kind EFZ

• Fluent German in speaking and writing
