What you can achieve You take over the operational, professional and personnel leadership of our specialized living offers for people with intensive support needs and/or challenging behavior (IB/HeVe) at the locations Ingenbohl, Schübelbach and future Nuolen. You will initially take over the leadership of the specialized offers at the locations Ingenbohl (IB) as well as Schübelbach (HeVe) and simultaneously participate actively in the development and commissioning of the new HeVe offer in Nuolen. In doing so, you will help shape structures, processes and teams and ensure a stable, professionally sound and safe operational management. You promote interdisciplinary cooperation and are responsible for the implementation of the agogic concepts as well as compliance with the business management specifications. In addition, together with the respective team leaders, you manage and monitor the care-relevant processes, participate in projects and actively drive the further development of the living offers. What you bring with you You have a completed tertiary-level education (HF/FH or university) in social pedagogy, special education, remedial pedagogy, psychology or nursing with a focus on psychiatry. You bring several years of experience in complex agogic or socio-psychiatric fields of work as well as in dealing with people with intensive support needs and/or challenging behavior. In addition, you have several years of leadership experience as well as completed leadership training in a comparable position. You are an empathetic, committed and solution-oriented personality, work authentically and with strong organizational skills and see challenges as an opportunity.
