Employment degree: 80-100% Project Manager Total Performance Your field of activity You assume overall entrepreneurial responsibility for demanding timber construction total performance projects and manage the entire construction process from planning, tendering, and awarding to realization across all trades through to turnkey handover As a responsible Project and Construction Manager GU/TU, you lead your projects independently and manage costs, deadlines, and quality You organize and lead project teams, coordinate external specialist planners and contractors, work closely with cost planning and execution, and act as a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the client You move in an environment with short decision-making paths, a lot of trust, and real scope for action Your foundation You have basic training in construction as well as a degree as a Technician HF Timber Construction, Construction Manager, or Construction Planner, or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring several years of experience in construction and/or project management, preferably in timber construction Even with complex projects, you always maintain an overview by working in a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented manner You appreciate working independently and with a high degree of personal responsibility, structure and plan your projects proactively, and communicate clearly and at eye level.
