For our customer in the Olten region, we are looking for a: ============================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================= **Flooring Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) 100% Day Shift in Olten NADDJP00003950** ==================================================================== ***** Your tasks: -------------- - Laying various floor coverings in the production area - Dismantling and professional disposal of old floor coverings as well as removal of adhesive residues - Preparation of the substrate (filling, grinding, priming) - Visual and metrological assessment of the substrate (levelness, moisture, adhesion capacity) - Cutting, laying, and gluing of floor coverings such as PVC, rubber, composite, and textile coverings according to technical specifications and fire protection requirements - Laying and welding of floor coverings in rail vehicles - Processing of carpet and caoutchouc coverings as well as slip-resistant materials at entrances and passages - Attaching connection strips, transition profiles, and seals to thresholds, steps, and furniture edges - Working under special requirements in rail vehicle construction (vibration and temperature resistance, tight dimensional tolerances, weight optimization) - Cooperation with electricians, mechanics, and interior finishers - Ensuring safety and comfort standards for passenger transport (slip resistance, fire protection, sound insulation) - Documentation of the performed work (material consumption, batch numbers, acceptance protocols) in the digital system - Participation in quality controls and support during acceptance tests - Compliance with occupational, health, and environmental protection regulations as well as SBB-specific rules - Participation in process optimizations and improvements of laying and material techniques Your profile: ----------- - Completed vocational training as a flooring specialist *(ideally also carpenter or joiner)* - Experience in laying floor coverings - Willingness to learn new things - Independent, careful, and quality-conscious way of working - Reliability and ability to work in a team - Flawless criminal record and debt enforcement register extract upon starting the position Job details: --------------- - **Type of employment:** Temporary employment - **Start:** Immediately - **Workload:** Full-time **** Raimondo Marchica will be very happy to provide you with further information about this position.
