To support several strategic business transformation programs, we are looking for an experienced individual as Test Manager Enterprise Transformation. In this central role, you will build up enterprise-wide test management, establish sustainable governance structures, and ensure the quality of complex end-to-end business processes across various system landscapes.

Your tasks

Building and further developing test management

• Development and introduction of an enterprise-wide test strategy and test governance
• Definition of test processes, roles, responsibilities, and quality standards
• Building a scalable test management framework for projects and operational operations
• Introduction of suitable methods, metrics, and best practices
• Ensuring the traceability of requirements, test cases, and test results

Supporting strategic transformation programs

• Planning, coordination, and control of all test activities in several transformation projects
• Creation of test strategies and test plans at the project and program level
• Advising project managers, departments, and solution architects
• Management of test risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Reporting to program management, steering committees, and management

End-to-end test management

• Responsibility for system, integration, end-to-end, UAT, regression, release, and acceptance tests
• Ensuring comprehensive test coverage of business-critical processes
• Control of defect management
• Further development and governance of test automation with Tricentis qTest and Tosca
• Definition of a sustainable operating model for automated test cases

Your profile

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in test management of complex enterprise environments
• Experience in building test organizations and test governance structures
• Practice in large ERP, SAP, or transformation programs
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French and/or Italian are an advantage.
• Experience in leading and coordinating distributed teams
• Knowledge of agile, hybrid, and classical project methods
• Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, Salesforce as well as Tricentis qTest and Tosca
• Sound knowledge in test automation, release and quality management as well as integration and enterprise architectures
• Strong analytical skills, high initiative, and strong stakeholder management
• Assertiveness, diplomatic skill, and the ability to lead without direct authority
