Skilled Worker in Facility Maintenance EFZ (Springer) in 50 - 100 % (m/w) starting 01.10.2026 Tasks: • Real estate maintenance (residential and commercial buildings) • Cleaning of stairwells • Winter service starting at 04:00 • Monitoring of building technology • Gardening work • General tasks such as changing lamps, bleeding heating systems, etc. Requirements: • Experience as a janitor or skilled worker in facility maintenance EFZ • Language: very good German skills • Driver's license category B required • Good manners when interacting with customers and employees • Flexible/independent/resilient • Motivated/dynamic • All-rounder Offer: We offer you a varied activity in a dynamic environment.
