It is currently looking for an Industrial Site HSE Specialist capable of managing the entire health, safety, and environment scope at its production site. Your tasks at your new employer You perform risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across all production, quality control, logistics, and engineering areas You investigate incidents, near-misses, and dangerous situations, then lead root cause analyses and corrective actions until their complete closure You ensure the site's compliance with environmental regulations and manage the monitoring of indicators, waste management, and chemical product storage You maintain the site's emergency plan, coordinate fire drills, and lead first aid and intervention teams You design and lead safety training, awareness sessions, and HSE inductions for operators, supervisors, and managers You act as a visible HSE point of reference in the field and evolve the site from simple compliance toward a true culture of ownership What you offer your new employer You hold a degree in HSE, engineering, natural sciences, or an equivalent field You possess a recognized HSE certification, obtained or currently being obtained You speak French fluently; English and German are an asset You have several years of HSE experience, ideally in a regulated industrial environment, and know Swiss legislation You are a field person, autonomous, comfortable in dialogue with teams, and recognized for your ability to unite people around safety issues Have we piqued your interest?
