To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified specialists. To strengthen our team in Quality Assurance, we are looking for motivated Associates QA - Batch Compliance (a) at a 100% workload.

Your tasks:

• Review of GMP manufacturing documentation on paper or in the electronic system PAS-X for the release of our active ingredients
• Checking the documentation of intermediate and final stages for GMP compliance and adherence to internal regulations
• Discussing discrepancies with the performers in the production areas and coordinating necessary corrective measures
• Determining the eligibility of customers to receive our active ingredients, checking shipping documentation of our GMP products
• Implementing GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines in the area of provision, handling, and distribution of our GMP products

Your profile:

• Vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical-technical assistant (CTA), chemical and pharmaceutical technologist, or comparable training
• At least 2 years of professional experience within the chemical/pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a GMP environment or in the control of GMP manufacturing documentation
• You are accustomed to creating, checking documents, and enforcing corrective measures. Experience in handling electronic quality management systems is an advantage
• You are an independent and responsible person with a careful and team-oriented way of working and a high understanding of quality assurance aspects
• You have very good oral and written expression in German and can demonstrate good English skills
• You have interest and experience in/with electronic systems for batch documentation (MES) and confident handling of Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is an advantage
