Together with the application specialist, you make products tangible through presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions. Your area of responsibility and tasks:

• Independent territory management and co-shaping of the sales and marketing strategy
• Partnership-based advisory for hospitals, laboratories, and professionals regarding the preanalytics portfolio
• Expansion of customer relationships, recognition of potentials, and introduction of new solutions
• Presentations, product tests, and training sessions together with the application specialist
• Structured reporting, careful CRM maintenance, and customer-oriented complaint management
• Representation of the company at congresses and trade fairs in Switzerland

Your profile:

• Training in nursing, as BMA, MPA, or comparable qualification in the medical environment
• Experience in sales, customer service, or the medical laboratory environment
• Ideally a connection to preanalytics, IVD, Medtech, or Pharma
• Independent, responsible way of working and joy in contributing your own ideas
• Good listening skills, a sense for customer needs, and strong service orientation
• Native German language and good English skills, French is an advantage
