For an established and growing horticulture company in the greater Zug area, we are looking for highly motivated specialists in the field of garden and landscape construction. Committed personalities at EFZ level, foreman or construction manager are sought. Your tasks (depending on the function) are: Landscape Gardener EFZ • Execution of new constructions and renovations in horticulture • Creation of paving, planting, and natural stone works • Operation of machines and equipment • Maintenance and upkeep work Horticulture Foreman • Leading construction site teams • Organization and coordination of the construction site • Material procurement • Quality and deadline assurance Horticulture Construction Manager • Independent management of projects • Work preparation (AVOR) and quoting • Budget and cost control • Customer care and client contact • Leadership of employees Your profile: • Completed training as a Landscape Gardener EFZ or comparable • For foreman/construction manager: corresponding further training or several years of experience • Independent and reliable way of working • Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility • Physical resilience • Driver's license Cat.
