Your area of responsibility

• Management of the technical department with the maintenance, line mechanics and upkeep teams with 6 employees
• Planning and coordination of personnel resources and assignments in the field of mechanics
• Prioritization and coordination of malfunctions, maintenance work and technical projects
• Leadership, promotion and professional development of the employees
• Ensuring high plant availability and a smooth production process
• Continuous optimization of existing production and packaging plants

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training, for example as a polymechanic, automation technician, production mechanic or in a comparable profession
• Further education at HF/FH level, e.g. technician HF, mechanical engineering HF/FH, industrial master or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the fields of technology and maintenance in a manufacturing industrial company
• Experience in dealing with complex production and packaging plants
• Sound knowledge in mechanics and pneumatics; ideally supplemented by knowledge in automation
• Good knowledge in the area of preventive maintenance and spare parts management is desirable
