Its Real Estate department ensures the management, enhancement, and development of a diversified portfolio including, in particular, shopping centers, commercial spaces, and investment properties. Following the departure of the current job holder, Migros Vaud wishes to entrust the responsibility of its Real Estate Management and Center Management service to a new person. The challenge will be to ensure continuity, take over responsibility for the team and make it evolve, and to support a department called upon to play a central role in view of the cooperative's development ambitions. In order to meet these challenges, we are looking for a Responsable Gérance et Center Management ----------------------------------------- ### Manage, enhance and develop a real estate portfolio at the heart of commercial activity ### Your responsibilities As Head of Service, you manage the Real Estate Management and Center Management of Migros Vaud. At the head of a small team, you set priorities, organize the activity and develop the autonomy of your employees. A significant part of your function concerns commercial spaces: you maintain relations with brands and partners, conduct lease negotiations, contribute to the search for new tenants and support the evolution of the portfolio. At the same time, you supervise the rest of the real estate portfolio, notably investment properties, by relying on the skills of your team. You monitor the main financial and operational indicators, asset profitability and quality of services, while evolving the practices, organization and performance of the service. ### Your profile As a local manager, you know how to unite, empower and advance a team while remaining close to the field and involving yourself directly in files when necessary. Pragmatic, results-oriented and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you combine high standards, a sense of service and the ability to decide. Your commercial sense and your knowledge of the market allow you to identify the right interlocutors, build lasting relationships and defend the interests of the organization. You have proven experience in commercial real estate, retail or center management and master the issues related to the commercialization of spaces and commercial leases. Comfortable in negotiation, you ideally have an established network among actors in the Romand market. Complementary experience in residential real estate management is an asset.
