Head Post Trading & FXMM (100%) Operations Your tasks You lead the team both professionally and organizationally You create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture You ensure the settlement of Forex and Money Market transactions to comply with the associated rights and obligations in a timely manner You process exchange settlements to ensure a ready-for-the-day portfolio view for our customers You ensure the correct submission of regulatory reporting to guarantee that the bank complies with regulatory reporting obligations carefully and in a timely manner You work in projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automations, digitalizations, and process optimization to increase quality and efficiency You are responsible for updating instructions, work instructions, and processes to ensure standardized settlement Your profile You have completed commercial training at a bank as well as practical experience in the investment and securities sector. Initial leadership experience as a team leader or similar, a confident appearance, and healthy assertiveness characterize you. In addition, you enjoy working in a team but are also independent, exact, and structured in your approach. Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite is required; Avaloq knowledge is a great advantage. In addition to very good German skills, you can also communicate in French and English.
