For one of our clients in the public sector in the Canton of Zürich, we are looking for a/an Specialist in Facility Management EFZ (m/f/) 100%.

Your future tasks:

• You ensure the reliable and flawless maintenance of buildings, facilities and their surroundings.
• You carry out various maintenance, inspection and repair works independently.
• You undertake minor repair and maintenance work and ensure a functioning infrastructure.
• You support the care and maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities.
• You recognize malfunctions and defects at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures.
• You coordinate external tradespeople if necessary and support other operational tasks.
• You work reliably, carefully and responsibly and contribute to a well-maintained appearance of the properties.

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training with EFZ as a Specialist in Facility Management or a comparable technical or manual training.
• Ideally, you bring initial professional experience in the field of facility management, building technology or facility management.
• You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented.
• You have manual dexterity and a good technical understanding.
• You are flexible, resilient and ready to take on different tasks in daily operations.
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing.
• You possess a flawless criminal record excerpt, which is required for the activity.
• You present yourself in a friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented manner.
