Would you like to accompany young people with special needs on their way to more independence and support them in discovering their abilities in practical work processes? With us, you will accompany, support, and promote students with special needs in work-oriented learning settings and in craft lessons. We are looking for a committed and independent Specialist or Teacher for Work Training & Craft, approx. 36% (9 lessons, each Monday full day and Tuesday afternoon) starting from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Accompanying and caring for a group of 4-6 students in work training in our industrial workshop • Promoting independence, perseverance, work behavior, and social skills • Accompanying the students during work assignments within our foundation • Independent organization and planning of the work assignments • Conducting craft lessons at the middle level (each Tuesday, 13.40h - 15.20h) • Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team • Participation in development plan meetings and school events You bring: • Training in the pedagogical, socio-pedagogical, work-agogic, or manual sector • Experience in accompanying young people with disabilities or in the school sector is mandatory • Joy in practical work with children and young people • Ability to individually promote and motivate students • Independent, reliable, and resilient way of working • Ability to work in a team as well as appreciative communication • Professional handling of closeness and distance Our offer: • A varied and responsible activity with a lot of creative freedom • The opportunity to accompany young people through important developmental steps towards the working world • Cooperation in a committed interdisciplinary team • Internal and external continuing education opportunities • Modern workplace in an attractive location • An appreciative working atmosphere in an established foundation Have we aroused your interest?
