Nurse / Registered Nurse Spitex Bern 50-100%

At Spitex, you bear the nursing responsibility for your clients at home and decide independently, often without a team standing directly beside you. In the Ostermundigen region, Canton Bern, we are looking for you as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with Spitex experience with a workload of 50 – 100 %, starting immediately or by arrangement. You manage complex nursing situations, control the nursing process independently, and coordinate care with doctors and relatives.

Your tasks in this versatile position

• You will be carefully introduced so that you can take over your area of responsibility safely and independently
• You will work in a well-coordinated team that is built on trust, quality, and mutual support
• You will take on technical, organizational, and personnel tasks within the nursing area
• You will care for the residents directly on-site in the internal Spitex, without external driving services
• You will ensure high-quality nursing, carry out needs assessments with interRAI HC, and actively shape nursing processes

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care
• Competencies in technical leadership as well as the willingness to take on responsibility
• Good knowledge of interRAI HC and IT or the willingness to learn
• Service orientation, reliability, and proficient German language skills
• Empathetic, clear, and appreciative communication in contact with residents and colleagues
