After agreement ### Your tasks * Recognize and process irregularities / damage quickly * Daily control of goods in the transshipment warehouse * Conduct targeted interviews with customers / partners to clarify circumstances * Manage irregularities / damage according to directives * Ensure daily activities through active collaboration in order to guarantee a high quality of service ### What you bring * Commercial employee training with professional experience, preferably in transport or shipping * Rapid understanding and ease in written & oral communication * Performance, ability to work in a team as well as confidence and calmness in various situations * Living near our branch * Very good knowledge of French (min. C1) and German (min.
