By agreement, we are looking for you as: CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (w/m/d/x) (on 80-100% basis) This role is suitable for personalities who like to interact with others in written or oral form and have a strong affinity for social media channels. For rather extroverted and contact-friendly people who occasionally also blog or post actively on social media. Your main tasks include: Identification, recruitment and acquisition of new locals who join the LocalBini.com community. You contact universities, associations and clubs to win more locals for our community. At the same time, you activate all your social media channels so that potential locals can join our community. You manage the community of locals so that the locals have the best possible experiences with our platform. You represent LocalBini through various channels and ensure that locals remain loyal and satisfied.
