Your field of tasks:

• Advising and serving customers in the shop as well as by telephone
• Coordination of orders within the team and production management
• Scanning and general copying orders in the small copying area A4 & A3
• Various tasks in the equipment area
• Data handling - sending and partly processing the files
• Operating devices (various Konica Minolta, HP Plotter/Scanner etc.)
• Entering customer orders into ERP system

What you should bring with you:

• Completed training as Printing Technologist or Media Technologist EFZ
• Good knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
• High quality awareness
• Resilient, flexible and uncomplicated
• Good German skills in spoken and written
• Experience in customer consulting
