Technical Coordinator HLKSE+

The position is responsible for the spatial technical coordination of HLKSE planning projects and assumes project management in one trade of choice.

Tasks

• Independent support of HLKSE planning projects in spatial technical coordination
• Technical responsibility for spatial technical coordination and co-shaping of BIM methods
• Project management of projects of medium size with increased complexity in one trade (HLKSE)
• Leadership and coaching of the project team
• Participation in company and employee development

Profile

• Basic training in a technical trade HLKSE
• Basic vocational training as a Building Services Planner EFZ or in the electrical field
• Subject-specific further training (FH, HF or professional diploma)
• Practical experience in spatial technical coordination and planning of building services projects
• Revit knowledge in building services is an advantage

Offer

• Workload 80-100%
• 3–6 months interim, then permanent employment
